AI-ready Building Data

Building data that is georeferenced, classified and interoperable.

AI-ready building data describes building data that AI models can work on without preparation. Three properties make the difference.

Georeferenced: every object has a position in space, and that position holds across captures and construction phases.

Classified: a component is recognised and named as a component. A model knows an object is a door, not just that points sit there.

Interoperable: the data moves into other systems without conversion loss, usually via IFC.

The practical point is sequence. Establishing this structure afterwards costs more than building it from the first capture. Capture in a structured way today and no second capture is needed later.
