Digital twins for industry. The plant during operation.

Production sites, plant, utility lines. We capture complex works during operation and create the data basis for retrofit, maintenance and extension.

A plant grows in layers. Every generation of equipment left its own routing behind, and every refit round made part of the documentation obsolete.

Anyone converting a line today plans against records from three decades. The utility line missing from the drawing is found first by the contractor.

Downtime is the most expensive variable in a plant. That is why capture has to run without interrupting production.

What qapture delivers.

  • Plant capture without stopping production

We work in shift breaks, maintenance windows and night hours. Restricted areas and safety requirements are agreed with your safety officers before we enter the site.

  • Assets and utility lines in the model

Routing, trays, branches and connection points as components with asset tags. That lets you plan a retrofit, not just draw it.

  • Basis for maintenance

Every asset carries its ID in the model. Maintenance staff find access, isolation points and surroundings before they set off.

  • Comparability across every plant

Same model structure, same naming convention, same delivery logic. One group, one standard, regardless of which site starts first.

0 hours

of production downtime for capture. We work in the windows operations already have.

Turn buildings into data.

And data into smarter business decisions.

Spatial intelligence in industry

Plant equipment with sensor readings in the model

AI OCR reads asset tags, signage and labels across the entire site. Every asset ID is searchable, without a walk-through and without anyone retyping lists.

Automated scan-to-BIM generates as-built models from the point cloud, backed by expert QA. On plants with hundreds of thousands of square metres this cuts cost and lead time considerably.

  1. 01

    Pilot: one hall section

We take a section with high plant density. That is where it shows which level of information need your maintenance really requires.

  2. 02

    Plant: by construction phase

We capture the plant in sections and deliver after each section instead of everything at the end.

  3. 03

    Group: roll out the standard

The standard fixed in the pilot goes into the tender as an EIR for every further site.

How do you handle restricted areas?

A walk-through with your safety officers takes place before capture. Restricted zones, permits and escort requirements are documented. Our teams are briefed for plant environments.

Do you capture machines as well?

We capture the geometry of the machine and its surroundings. At Germany’s largest aviation company over 100 machines are captured. We do not model internal mechanics; manufacturer data exists for that.

What happens to trade secrets?

Zones with confidentiality requirements are excluded before capture or captured without imagery. Hosting runs to ISO 27001, on request inside your own cloud.

Most buildings run on outdated data. Yours does not have to.
