The BEP, BIM execution plan, describes how the project parties meet the requirements of the EIR. It comes from those executing and answers the EIR.
It covers roles and responsibilities, model structure, naming conventions, data exchange formats, check rules, delivery dates and the cadence of coordination.
The BEP is a living document. When a trade joins or a format changes, it is updated. What is not in the BEP is not agreed in the project.
