Energie AG Oberösterreich
Refurbishment planned on the digital twin instead of legacy drawings.
Read the success storyWe clarify what a digital twin delivers for your site, what it costs and in which order to proceed. The result is a roadmap your stakeholders support.

01
We look at what you have. Drawings, CAD data, CAFM systems, maintenance contracts. Usually there is more than expected and less of it current.
02
We collect the questions your operation cannot answer today. Each question becomes a use case, each use case gets a value.
03
Not every component needs LOIN 400. The LOIN combines the LOG (geometry) and the LOI (information): we define per component group which geometry and which properties the model carries. That saves time and budget.
04
We scope a pilot standard that delivers a result in eight to twelve weeks. The rollout follows what the pilot proves.
The strategy describes formats and interfaces, not products. IFC stays the handover language, your native format stays your working format. Where a CAFM or ERP system is in place, we plan the connection with it.
At Energie AG Oberösterreich a refurbishment was planned without a reliable basis. The strategy phase produced the digital twin the planning runs on today.
The template you use to define your BIM requirements cleanly, before the first enquiry goes out.
Once the strategy is set, capture follows. Millimetre-accurate and during operation.
The workshop runs as a day rate. The amount is credited against a subsequent engagement. We state the concrete frame in the first call because it depends on site size and number of participants.
For one building a short two-hour clarification is often enough. We define which data you need and then start capture directly.
The EIR describes what information the client needs. The BEP describes how the project parties deliver it. The EIR comes from you, the BEP from those executing. We write both documents so they fit together.
Tell us what you are working on. We show you what a reliable digital basis for your site looks like.
