How does the building really stand today?
We capture the as-is condition to the millimetre and during operation. Large areas run with mobile mapping, plant terrestrially, envelopes by drone. The control point network is set before scanning so the point cloud sits correctly in the national coordinate system.

How does data become a basis for decisions?
A point cloud is a snapshot. Structure makes it usable. We model to an agreed level of information need, verify against the point cloud and document every deviation. During construction the comparison continues as BIM field control.
