Set up
We publish the site in the viewer and set the roles. Construction, FM, safety and external planners each see what they need.

Onboarding
In weeks one to four we train the teams who use it daily. The qapture aqademy handles that in fixed formats.

Operate
The twin runs. Issues arise in the model, not in email chains. Every question about the site is answerable without travelling there.

Keep it current
After every refit we update the affected zones. Where movement data exists, smart re-scan triggers decide which zone is next.
Your building has secrets.
The viewer runs in the browser, no plug-in, including on a tablet on site. EU hosting to ISO 27001, single sign-on through your identity provider. Interfaces via REST API and IFC export so your CAFM adopts the areas instead of retyping them.
At University Hospital Bonn the twin runs while the hospital stays open. As-planned and as-built sit side by side in the viewer, for every team on site.
