So digital twins do not fail on who owns what.

The aqademy brings construction, FM and project teams to the same level. Fixed formats, clear duration, content from real projects.

Who it is for

  • For teams who start working with the twin tomorrow.
  • For managers who decide on BIM without operating it.
  • For organisations that want to anchor BIM standards internally.

What you get

  • Onboarding weeks 1 to 4: four sessions of 90 minutes, up to 12 participants
  • Executive briefing: 3 hours, BIM and digital twin without the tooling part
  • Viewer training for FM and operations teams, 2 hours, remote or on site
  • EIR workshop: your requirements described in one day
  • Training material and recordings for new joiners
  • Certificate of completion per participant
  1. 01

    Clarify roles

We look at who uses the twin for what. A maintenance technician needs different two hours than a project lead.

  2. 02

    Train on your own site

We work in the model of your building, not in a demo project. Participants recognise every room.

  3. 03

    Hand over to internal champions

Two to three people per site get an in-depth session. After that the knowledge sits in your organisation, not in our calendar.

Stop guessing.

Start knowing.

Formats run remote or on site. Material is available as PDF and as a recording so new joiners can catch up without a new session. On request we place the content into your LMS.

At University Hospital Bonn, construction, engineering and operations work from the same documentation. Onboarding ran in parallel with construction-accompanying capture.

We use your details solely to process your request. See the privacy notice for details.

Is the aqademy only for qapture clients?

The executive briefing and the EIR workshop are bookable independently of a project. Viewer training and onboarding require an existing twin.

What prior knowledge does the team need?

None. We assume no CAD knowledge. Anyone who can use a browser can follow the viewer training.

Is the training available in English?

Yes. All formats run in German and English, material is available in both languages.

Most buildings run on outdated data. Yours does not have to.
